The hotel was decently located and easy to find. The food was tasty and filling. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were sufficient. The hotel had a charming ambience, with nice decorations and furnishings. The hotel also had an interesting history, which we learned about during our stay. it was a nice place to stay during the Christmas season, and we enjoyed our time there.
The heating was inadequate, and we frequently felt cold during our stay. This was especially troublesome during the winter season, and we had to resort to using extra blankets to keep warm.

This hotel is a gem! the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from The Churches of Echmiatsin. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have their own shower, which is a great convenience. I also loved the fact that the hotel has a ventilator to ensure fresh air circulation. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The only small improvement I can suggest is to provide clearer signage within the complex.

The hotel's location was very convenient for getting to the airport. It was great to have such a comfortable and relaxing stay, especially before a long flight. the hotel's project was impressive, with a focus on supporting local charities through their work and the products offered in their on-site shop. the courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy a meal, and the food was delicious.
Nothing worth mentioning, really. Perhaps the hotel could improve their communication about local transportation options and navigating the area, but the staff were always friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.
